SHIPPING

We ship domestic orders USPS Ground Advantage from New Hampshire in the United States. You can also choose USPS Priority shipping. Your order is packed and leaves our studio within 5 business days of your purchase (even if you purchase priority shipping, it could take 5 days for packing). We will provide you with USPS Tracking information as soon as the shipping label is printed so that you can see delivery estimate after the package leaves us.

We aren’t currently shipping internationally.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I truly want you to be happy with your purchase. In event there is a problem with anything in it, let me know within 14 days via stitchedstories.com/contact and I will do my very best to remedy the situation and earn your continued patronage. We don’t typically make refunds because you changed your mind. Reach out with the chat box if you’ve got any questions before you purchase.
