Thanks so much for your interest in our free embroidery resources as well as our paid kits and patterns. If you’ve got any questions, be sure to ask with the form below. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. There are a couple of questions we get again again–check the boxes just below to see if your question is handled here–and, if not, tell us about it below.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship USPS first class. Orders usually ship within 2 business days.

You will receive an email with USPS Tracking information that you can use to see where your order is once it ships.

What are the exact DMC floss colors for the pattern I purchased?

You can find the recommended DMC floss colors on the following page on our website:

Find your pattern design. Open the toggle and see the detailed list.

How should I finish my embroidery in the hoop for display?

Here’s a video, step-by-step and images of how I like to finish my projects in the hoop for display. CLICK FOR HOW-TOS.

I haven't received the free Pocket Stitching Guide via email.

We are so sorry you’re not finding the email with our free pocket stitching guide. Here’s a direct link to it:

I see you sell bundles but I want to make my own. Is that possible?

No. But we will continue to add new bundle options over time.

Will the printed pattern wash out of the fabric after I stitch?

No. The design is printed onto the fabric permanently. You should be able to cover all print with your stitching. However, if you use a substantially different floss color from the print (i.e., green floss on a red print) you may see bits. Many of our designs are available on Sulky sticky-backed washaway fabric. You can affix this pattern to your own fabric and wash it away afterwards. See these washaway patterns here: CLICK FOR WASHAWAY PATTERNS.

How can I find out about discounts, new kits and other news?

The best way is to get on our mailing list, which you can sign up for here:

You can also follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

Can I just purchase the pocket stitching guide?

Sure you can do that HERE. But please know that it’s much more affordable to print it yourself OR get the stitches by purchasing one of our kits or patterns OR get the pocket guide by purchasing our drawstring project tote.
